I subscribe and follow Dr. Liz O’Riordan on YouTube. And I’ve watched the Apple Cider Vinegar series on Netflix. These people that try to scam us at our most vulnerable need to be exposed.

I’m not against complimentary therapies. I’ve participated in some over the past two years. I just hope that people will investigate and not just trust what’s on the internet without credible research.
